The Casio G-Shock Riseman Alti-Therm Atomic Solar Watch is the newest Casio sports watch with the famous G-Shock equipment that first came made known in 1983. In reality, Casio exploded on the wristwatch vista back in 1974 when digital watches were invented by producing the worlds firstly digital watch with automatic calendar, the Casiotron watch. It was the firstly watch to incorporate a digital automatic calendar function with the intention of got divest of the need to reset the calendar due to variations in the strip of the month.
Casio's idea was to transform the simple timepiece into an information device by not barely displaying the exact period with seconds, minutes, hours, day of the week, month, a.M. Or p.M., but also other functions. For instance, the Data layer chain built-in a calculator, dictionary, phonebook, and thermometer functions, and after that the Pathfinder series also built-in altitude, atmospheric pressure, and compass readings.
The Casio G-Shock Atomic Solar watch has many innovative facial appearance that should make happy generally Casio fans. Many watches can measures altitude, barometric pressure, and temperature, but the Casio G-Shock Atomic Solar watch does so with a unique three layer twin sensor. The G-Shock is again right very trendy, more than 25 years with its invention. These watches are made to be durable and tough to withstand all types of shock, shakes, and impact; in fact, it was Casio's idea to build a watch that never breaks instead of a fragile item of jewellery.
Multi-Band Atomic Timekeeping
This innovative feature is sure to become a standard in the upcoming. The Atomic timekeeping figure enables the watch to synchronize itself via calibrated radio signals from up to 6 altered atomic clocks around the earth. This process you may well never have to adjust the period on your watch again.
Tough Solar Power
The Tough Solar Power means that you will not have to replace the battery for 20 to 30 years as it gets its energy from the sun and other light sources. Here is a power save mode that facility automatically; the watch shuts down after an hour in the dark, but all the sensors keep on functioning unless it is kept away from light for an extended period of time. When the watch encounters light again, it will come out of power save mode.
Other Features

* Auto EL Backlight with Afterglow
* A world clock with 29 time zones
* Five daily alarms
* 24hr stopwatch and 24hr countdown

Summary
Although it is quite a large watch it is comfortable to wear and quite unobtrusive. It is ready to go out of the box as you don't have to go through lengthy setup procedures with time zones and calendars. Although the Casio G-Shock Atomic Solar watch is a very versatile instrument with many functions it can be used as an every time watch. My only objection is that it doesn't have a compass - I believe that is the single function that is missing from this classic Casio D-Shock watch.
